After your payment is captured, you’ll receive a Payment Confirmation Email confirming that the transaction was completed.

📦 Backorders & Held Orders
If your item is on backorder, we give you the option to:

Hold your order until the item is restocked

Or cancel without a fee before restocking occurs
Important Notes on Held Orders:

Payment is captured after a few days, even for backorders

If canceled before shipping, a 5% cancellation fee applies

If canceled after shipping, a 30% restocking fee applies
