SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains the processing, shipment, freight-delivery, inspection, and damage-reporting procedures that apply to purchases from Outdoor Kitchen Reserve LLC.

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Return and Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and applicable product information.

1. SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States, commonly known as the lower 48 states.

Unless Outdoor Kitchen Reserve expressly approves otherwise in writing, we do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• United States territories
• PO boxes
• APO or FPO addresses
• International destinations

Orders placed for unsupported destinations may be canceled and refunded.

Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your address is eligible.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

Most eligible orders include free standard curbside shipping within the lower 48 states unless a different charge or shipping method is shown on the product page, quotation, invoice, or checkout page.

Free shipping means that the standard outbound shipping charge is included in the purchase price. It does not include optional or additional carrier services.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Remote-area delivery
• Limited-access delivery
• Liftgate service
• Residential-delivery surcharges
• Inside delivery
• White-glove delivery
• Special delivery appointments
• Redelivery
• Storage
• Rerouting
• Reconsignment
• Address correction
• Crane, forklift, rigging, or hoisting services
• Other carrier services outside standard curbside delivery

Any additional service must be approved and arranged in advance whenever possible.

3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Most orders require approximately 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Transit time is commonly approximately 2–7 business days after processing.

Many orders therefore arrive approximately 3–10 business days after the order is placed.

These periods are estimates unless Outdoor Kitchen Reserve expressly guarantees a particular shipment or delivery date in writing.

Processing and delivery timing may vary based on:

• Product availability
• Supplier or manufacturer processing
• Warehouse location
• Product size or weight
• Special-order or custom status
• Carrier availability
• Freight scheduling
• Delivery destination
• Weather
• Holidays
• Road or access restrictions
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Some oversized, special-order, made-to-order, customized, or supplier-fulfilled products may require additional time.

Product-specific lead times displayed on the product page, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation take precedence over general estimates in this policy.

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised shipping period, we will provide an updated estimate and, when required by applicable law, request your consent to the delay or offer cancellation and a refund for the unshipped merchandise.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily confirm final supplier acceptance, availability, or shipment.

Tracking information will be sent by email when it becomes available from the supplier, warehouse, or carrier.

Tracking may not become active immediately after a label is created.

Some freight shipments use a freight reference number, PRO number, Bill of Lading, or delivery appointment instead of ordinary parcel tracking.

Different products in one order may ship from separate warehouses and may arrive at different times.

5. STANDARD CURBSIDE DELIVERY

Large, heavy, or oversized products are generally delivered by freight carrier.

Unless a different service is expressly purchased and confirmed in writing, freight delivery is standard curbside delivery.

Curbside delivery generally means delivery to a reasonably accessible curb, driveway entrance, or carrier-approved delivery point at the shipping address.

Standard curbside delivery does not include:

• Delivery inside a residence, apartment, office, garage, backyard, rooftop, or interior room
• Carrying products up or down stairs
• Unpacking
• Assembly
• Installation
• Gas, electrical, water, drainage, or other utility connections
• Removal of packaging, cartons, pallets, or debris
• Crane service
• Forklift service
• Rigging or hoisting
• Additional labor

Customers must arrange appropriate help and equipment before delivery when necessary.

6. FREIGHT DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS

For many freight shipments, the carrier will contact the customer using the telephone number supplied with the order to arrange a delivery appointment.

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing a valid and reachable telephone number
• Responding promptly to carrier communications
• Being available during the scheduled delivery period
• Ensuring that an authorized adult is present
• Ensuring that the delivery location is safe and reasonably accessible
• Arranging any additional labor or equipment not included in curbside delivery

Carrier appointment windows are estimates and may be affected by routing, weather, traffic, and other circumstances.

7. DELIVERY ACCESS

Before ordering, customers must confirm that the shipment and carrier vehicle can safely access the delivery address.

Consider:

• Road width and weight restrictions
• Driveway access
• Gates
• Low bridges or overhead clearances
• Private-road restrictions
• Apartment or condominium requirements
• Loading docks
• Delivery-area obstructions
• Limited-access or remote-location conditions

The customer may be responsible for actual charges resulting from:

• An incorrect or incomplete address
• An undisclosed limited-access location
• An unavailable recipient
• A missed delivery appointment
• Insufficient carrier access
• Address correction
• Rerouting
• Reconsignment
• Redelivery
• Storage
• Refusal unrelated to documented shipping damage

8. ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact us immediately if the shipping address must be changed.

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted to a supplier, warehouse, or carrier.

Do not assume that an address change has been completed unless Outdoor Kitchen Reserve confirms the change in writing.

Additional carrier, supplier, rerouting, address-correction, or reconsignment charges may apply.

Outdoor Kitchen Reserve is not responsible for delivery to an address that the customer entered incorrectly when the address could not be corrected before shipment.

9. INSPECTION OF FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

The customer or authorized recipient must carefully inspect freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.

Before signing:

• Count all cartons, boxes, and pallets
• Inspect all visible sides of the shipment
• Look for holes, tears, dents, punctures, crushed corners, broken bands, wet packaging, missing cartons, or tilted pallets
• Photograph the complete shipment
• Photograph the shipping label
• Photograph any visible damage
• Write all visible damage or shortages clearly on the delivery receipt
• Keep a copy or photograph of the signed delivery receipt

Do not sign the shipment as clear or undamaged if visible damage or missing merchandise exists.

Phrases such as “box damaged,” “carton crushed,” “pallet damaged,” or “item missing” should be written clearly on the delivery receipt when applicable.

If damage is severe or the product appears unsafe to accept, contact Outdoor Kitchen Reserve immediately for guidance. Refusal may be appropriate in cases of serious documented freight damage, but refusal should not be used for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect customer-provided address, or an unauthorized cancellation.

10. VISIBLE SHIPPING DAMAGE

Visible shipping damage should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours after delivery.

Send us:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the entire shipment
• Photographs of the packaging
• Photographs of the shipping label
• Photographs of the pallet
• Photographs of the damage
• A copy or photograph of the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading
• A description of the problem

Do not install, assemble, connect, modify, repair, discard, or continue using a visibly damaged product before receiving instructions from us.

11. CONCEALED SHIPPING DAMAGE

Damage that was not reasonably visible while the product was packaged should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours after delivery.

Keep all:

• Original cartons
• Packaging
• Foam
• Pallets
• Straps
• Labels
• Accessories
• Manuals
• Parts

Photograph the packaging and product before moving or discarding anything.

Prompt reporting and preservation of packaging are important because freight carriers, suppliers, and manufacturers may impose short claim deadlines.

Failure to promptly document damage or preserve the packaging may reduce or prevent carrier or supplier claim coverage, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. INCORRECT, MISSING, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Contact us immediately if:

• The wrong product was delivered
• A carton or component is missing
• The product appears defective
• The model or configuration materially differs from the order

Do not install or use an incorrect or defective product before contacting us.

Depending on the circumstances, the approved remedy may include:

• Technical assistance
• Replacement parts
• Manufacturer-authorized repair
• Replacement
• Return and refund
• Another remedy required by applicable law

13. DELIVERY SIGNATURES

A signature may be required for parcel or freight shipments.

The signature of the customer, household member, employee, contractor, property representative, doorman, building representative, or other authorized recipient may serve as confirmation of delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that anyone accepting the shipment understands the inspection requirements in this policy.

14. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may submit an online cancellation request within one hour after placing an order.

A cancellation request is not automatically an approved cancellation.

Once an order has been submitted to or accepted by a supplier, manufacturer, distributor, fulfillment warehouse, or carrier, cancellation is not guaranteed.

An order that has shipped cannot be canceled. If eligible, it must be handled as a return under our Return and Refund Policy.

Refusing a shipment after it has shipped does not create an automatic right to a full refund and may result in return-freight, outbound-freight, storage, redelivery, reconsignment, or restocking charges.

No cancellation charge will apply when the customer is legally entitled to cancel because we cannot ship within the promised shipping period.

15. RETURNS

Products must not be returned without written authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number.

The authorized return address may belong to a manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or warehouse and may be different from the Outdoor Kitchen Reserve business address.

Do not return merchandise to the address on our website, invoice, payment statement, or original shipping label unless that exact address is provided in our written return authorization.

Eligible non-defective returns may be subject to:

• A 30% restocking fee
• Customer-paid return shipping
• Deduction of actual outbound shipping or freight expenses
• Missing-part or missing-packaging deductions
• Other charges permitted under our Return and Refund Policy

Please review our complete Return and Refund Policy before placing an order or requesting a return.

16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

Outdoor Kitchen Reserve is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, labor disruptions, government action, port congestion, transportation interruptions, supplier delays, or similar events.

This section does not eliminate any obligation to provide a legally required shipping-delay notice, obtain consent to a delay, or issue a refund when required by law.
